2022 Giving Campaign
From the 2022 Giving Campaign Chair, Lynn Magrane
Dear CCC Family and Friends,
We have faced challenges and separation for too long.
It is such a blessing to be gathering together again!
The theme for our 2022 Giving Campaign is “Better Together.”
And we are ~ in so many ways…
Worship of God
After many months of online worship, the heartwarming experience of in-person praise and prayer has connected us with the camaraderie that we have dearly desired: hearing and sharing voices in song; smiles and affection as our children are baptized; the deep honor of accepting the sacrament of Communion together as a Family of Faith. These are the meaningful events that we can now continue with open hearts.
Volunteerism is key to Congregationalism – it’s a defining character of who we are. We are “Better Together” when we reach out to our neighbors through Oasis; when we support our many programs focused on our needs and the needs of others; and when we tend to the daily operations of our Church.
We are offered an opportunity to come together again, connecting and interacting as a family. Please make special arrangements to attend our Christmas Party on Sunday, December 19th. We will gather in Fellowship Hall to toast the season with wine and appetizers, then move to the Sanctuary for the merriment of a Christmas Concert, followed by dinner and dessert.
Please reflect on your blessings from God as you consider a gift to our Church this season. We are a Family of Faith — let us come together in Love, Community, and Joy!
Wishing you Grace upon Grace,
2022 Giving Campaign Chair
“ For where two or three
are gathered in my name,
I am there among them.”
